Paseo Del Volcan

This morning's meander involved drifting around a trio of extinct volcanoes. These eruptions built some impressive lava cliffs on the west side of Albuquerque.

One of several swarms of gnats we ran into. I was taking her picture when this large silver  object streaked by in the sky. Look in the upper right at the border....caught most of it accidentally.

These are flowers. They are yellow.

The lava flow ends in those cliffs above the green area which is the Rio Grande Valley.

This feller could hurt you...

His name is Larry, he is a lizard, he likes to hang out at the lounge.
