Willow City Loop Wildflower Tour 2013

can you spot the turkey?

Willow City is about 13 miles north of Fredricksburg, Texas  The Loop is one of the best places to see mother nature at her best.  Even though we arrived a week or two after "prime time", we still were rewarded with some beautiful shots of the wildflowers.

Non flower scenery is great also.

yes, those are cowboy boots on top of the fence poles.

Gage Hotel

The Gage Hotel was built in 1920 with a newer addition added late 1990's.  It is a more western take on a hotel..yee haw!

The original part of the Gage.

A relaxing courtyard connecting the old part to the newer section.

Dance floor, bandstand, and C7 clear lights for a night dance.

The pool is pretty.

Grounds have many visual delights.
